Our Story
Charter Finance was founded in 2010 by our Founder and Managing Director Dean Perlman. Our first office was based in Sydney Double Bay and then expanded the business to Melbourne.
Charter Finance has also consulted to numerous national companies including Hockingstuart, Morton Real Estate, Stone Real Estate and Mortgage Advice Bureau. We helped build finance and broking divisions for the benefit of these businesses’ workforce and client base.
In 2013, Charter Finance improved its business model to better service our clients, launching the Financial Wholeness Program, which is dedicated to eliminate stress and pressure in our clients lives by helping them reduce bad debt, manage their money, and create wealth through property in order to achieve financial wholeness in their homes and workplace.
