Our cost to the client for residential loans is usually carried by the lender and we still on a whole secure better rates for borrowers than if they went direct to the lenders due to our knowledge of who is offering the best rates and how far each lender can be pushed. With regards to commercial property loans, our cost is negotiated on a deal by deal basis.
